 Established in July 2006 with a registered capital of RMB11.75 million and located in Changsha National Economic & Technical Development Zone, Hunan Nanfang Boyun Novel Material Co., Ltd. is a company focusing on R & D, manufacture and sale of carbon-carbon composite products and relative equipments. Our products are widely used in the fields of semi-conductor, new energy, metal, nonferrous metal, electricity, home appliances, machinery, mould, glass, and spare flights.
Our company has obtained Hunan Provincial Certificate of Hi-tech Enterprise and Hi-tech Product, owning to the ability of designing and manufacturing carbon-carbon composite products and large-scale key manufacturing equipment. The current largest multi-function furnace in our company has a constant-temperature area of reaching 1500mmX2000mm, which is the largest CVD and high temperature processing furnace in China.
We have used the technology of design and manufacture of carbon-carbon-composite-based silicon crystal growing furnace heating system and have established good cooperative relationship with silicon crystal manufactories, silicon crystal equipment manufactories, and solar energy device manufactories. Our company keeps focusing on hot zone for crystal growing of silicon, CFC components for PE CVD, hot zone for crystal growing of sapphire and CFC components for HIP/CIP/Sinter-HIP.
